DS-2019
Once you have been accepted by The Ritz Carlton, your DS-2019 form will be issued by our program sponsor. The DS-2019 form is the official US Government document, which allows you to work legally in the United States. This document is presented to the US Consulate when applying for the J-1 training visa.

DS-7002
There is now a standardized format for the training plan that the employer and intern/trainee must complete. This document is referred to as the DS-7002 and must be completed and signed by both parties before the DS-2019 can be issued.

J-1 Visa
The J-1 training visa is valid for the length of your training period, a maximum of 12 months. There is a 30 day grace period for travel after your internship finishes. All participants must attend a personal interview at the U.S. Consulate. Awesome Placements will assist you with all your visa arrangements and visa application.
