How to Apply
You can apply either online or download an application and mail it to us.
You will need to collect and submit the following supporting documents:
- Proof of student status – letter in English from your educational institute proving you are currently a full time student.
- OR proof of employment with minimum one year of experience within the hospitality industry
- Copy of your passport (if you don't have a current passport, you will need to submit a copy of your ID and a copy of the acknowledgement of receipt from the Department of Home Affairs).
- Program registration fee of R750 (non-refundable)
- Copy if Identification document
- 3 x ID photos
- Copy of study permit ( If non South African)
When applicants first apply for the program they are required to complete a generic application form detailing their personal information as well as their study and/or work experience.
We will then conduct a first stage interview with the applicant to determine their eligibility, explain the program and application process and go through the U.S Program Sponsor's application form with them to ensure they understand what is required from them. An interview report is completed at this stage and will form part of the U.S. Program Sponsor application.
