Once you have collected all your documents you will need to contact Awesome Travel so we can arrange to get the documents from you. Once we have processed your application, we will contact you to make arrangements for an informal interview, either at our office or with a representative on your University campus.
Once you have been accepted on to the program, you will need to complete the appropriate U.S program application forms (Full placement or Non-placement) and either hand them over to us directly or hand it over to your campus representative.
If you are on the Non-placement option – you must submit all program documents before you secure a job in the U.S. Once you have secured a job however, you will need to submit the job offer to us so we can verify it. This should be done by 14 October 2011.
Once all your documents have been submitted, we will forward them to our partner organization in the US for processing. Full Placement participants must remember that it may take up to 2 MONTHS for a placement to come through.
Once a job offer arrives for you (full placement option) you need to sign and fax the job offer back to us within 7 days.
Only once full payment has been received, will the necessary visa documentation (the DS-2019 form) be issued.
