Flights:
“Internship USA” participants are required to have a return air-ticket booked through Awesome Travel. Flights are booked as groups according to your employment start dates. This enables you to meet fellow participants before you arrive in the US.
Outward flights are generally out of Johannesburg however we can offer an add on if it's more convenient, with departures dependant on the employers business needs. Flight costs will vary from year to year and depend on availability.

Participants going to work for a Ritz Carlton have two (2) options with regards to flights:
Option 1:
Through our U.S. partner and The Ritz Carlton Resorts Naples, Awesome Placements has an exclusive flight program where your international return flight ticket is purchased on your behalf prior to your travel to the United States. This is to help program participants off set the high costs of travelling to the U.S. on a work program.
Once you are settled in and have begun working at the Ritz Carlton Resort, Naples, you will pay back the amount paid up front for your return ticket to the U.S.
Option 2:
Participants can pay their return flights upfront, while still in South Africa and then when they commence work no flight deductions will be taken off their pay cheque. |
