Every year, young adults from around the world come to the United States on an H-2B visa to fill jobs where there is a shortage of U.S. workers. U.S. employers may petition for skilled or unskilled alien workers to meet temporary or seasonal needs in positions for which qualified U.S. workers are not available.

The visa class you would work on is known as the H2B seasonal employment visa. The H2B visa allows you to work for a US employer who needs to hire foreign nationals to supplement the seasonal staffing demands of their business.
