  5. Trainees are paid an hourly rate and can expect to work 30-40 hours per week. The weekly hours may vary due to seasonal demands.

Through daily interaction at the training site and in the local community, the trainee will gain a better understanding of American culture and society while at the same time exposing their American associates to new knowledge of South African culture and skills and ultimately create an environment that promotes the open exchange of ideas.
