Practical training may include the following aspects :

  • Food runner
  • Food service
  • Host/hostess
  • Casual and fine dining
  • In-Room dining
  • Beverage service
  • Banquet/catering set-up and service
  • Food retail sales

CULINARY TRAINING :
Trainees will spend time at both properties providing unparalleled exposure to train in one of Naples, Florida's finest kitchens and food and beverage venues. The Executive Chef overseas both properties as does the Human Resources team ensuring continuity of training opportunities across both properties.

The trainee will develop an understanding of overall restaurant operation with an established level of knowledge of the financial, business and managerial aspects of the Culinary division ensuring Ritz-Carlton brand standards and quality are maintained in all operations.

This position provides trainees the opportunity to gain hands on culinary experience while being exposed to the operation of a culinary department within the hospitality industry.
