The J-1 Training program allows international graduates and young professionals the opportunity to receive on-the-job training in their chosen career field through participation in a structured training program with a U.S. employer. The Ritz Carlton J-1 Training program is offered in partnership with our U.S. partner. On this training program international graduates and professionals have the opportunity to gain practical hands on experience within the hospitality industry whilst working at one of several Ritz Carlton properties. FOOD & BEVERAGE TRAINING:
This position offers trainees the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the food and beverage service operation within the hospitality industry. Trainees will be exposed to the daily operations within the food service industry, while performing their practical training assignments.
The intern/trainee will obtain an overall view of the company and have insight into how the departments relate to each other. In addition, the trainee will master new skills and technologies, by exposing them to American standards of service and management.
