Once you have collected all your documents you will need to contact Awesome Travel so we can arrange to get the documents from you. Once we have processed your application, we will contact you to make arrangements for an informal interview, either at our office or with a representative on your University campus.
Once all your documents have been submitted, we will forward them to the
Canadian High Commission for processing. They do reserve the right to ask for additional paperwork if they feel it necessary. Please note that it may take 8-10 weeks for your visa to come through as your medical report is sent to Nairobi and the Canadian district surgeon for Africa is based in Kenya.
Once a job offer arrives, you need to sign and fax the job offer back to us within 7 days.
Only once full payment has been received, will the Work Authorization Letter be released to you.
Awesome Placements will assist with booking and confirming all of your final flight and travel arrangements.
All applicants MUST attend a compulsory Pre-departure Orientation in South Africa.
